”Failure it’s just feedback”

One of the many beliefs of successful people is that ”There is no failure. There is only feedback " (Robert Allen).
Seen from this perspective, failure does not seem to be so monstrous and we are able to stay calm, not overwhelmed by negativity and lack of action, even if it is rather difficult to bear.
Only when we look at failure as feedback we can really focus on what we don’t do well and is necessary to be reviewed, modified or changed, partially or completely, in order to achieve the desired result. In other words, the new attitude towards the business could be ”work with the resources at hand and redefine your experience".
I have been noticing for a while that those who have their own business are experiencing a great discomfort because everything that happens within has a large dose of unpredictability.
Certainly, the economic environment in collapse affects all businesses at larger or smaller scale, as well as every individual.
We actually face only two certainties: instability and change, nothing is constant from one day to another, from one period of time to another. These two can be considered ”the milestone” of each business.
Coping with the frequent changes of business environment can be achieved only by always finding quick solutions and short term planning as good as possible ”in order to achieve the desired results" and to make out of change a friend, not an enemy.
Living in present, with its resources and without the ”guarantee" of the future is a harsh business and life experience, and the key to success can only be the fast adaptation to change in order to survive.
