A: A manager has some skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, set goals for himself and his team, etc.), skills does not prevent him to be friendly. I suggest you follow a personal development program which, certainly, will help you to distinguish the roles that you have to fulfill and what each requires, both professionally and behavioral.
