The difficulty of AC, the entrepreneur: he decided to start his own business with insufficient financial resources.
His greatest concern was that he would not succeed because he has tried in the past, twice, to start his own business and failed. Moreover, in the past he had the financial resources required to start the business.
The approach of the difficulty: we analyze what worked in the past, for both businesses, and what did NOT work and we have identified, together, the behavior pattern that AC repeats.
The achieved result: by helping AC ”go down" on the reality plan he succeeded throughout the analysis process of the business idea to structure a realistic ”business plan" whose implementation he has assumed entirely.
He moved on from a ”imaginary" business plan to a ”practical” one accompanied by a rigorous implementation plan, with available resources and achievable deadlines, which led him to believe in the success of his own business. After a few months of activity the results have begun to consolidate which gave AC greater confidence in the future of his business.
