The experience and expertise acquired in the almost 20 years in top management positions in human resources and career development, in business consulting, training and personal development, both in large corporations, and in small and medium-sized organizations from private, governmental sector or mixed allowed me to approach projects and complex issues in various fields, such as IT and Communications, financial and legal consulting, pharmaceutical, retail, banking, insurance and brokerage, systems and installations for buildings construction, logistics, energy, manufacturing, maintenance, etc.
I work with persons who wants to improve substantially all the roles they accomplish in everyday life, persons who, usually, ”do not get the 24 hours per day” to successfully fulfill the responsibilities they have at professional and personal level and whose main objectives are performance, success and a real balance between professional and personal life.
The goal is the maximization of the work related efficiency and effectiveness in such a way to do daring things, to get the wanted results, to make out of time their ally knowing that it is a limited resource that can not be extended or stored and pass from ”TO HAVE” to ”TO BE”.
My ability to work with the person in a holistic manner (Mind-Emotion-Body) for healing the past, the lucid and effective anchoring in the present and the future design allows me to give the big picture of one’s life, both professional and personal. I accompany the person in the process of identifying the dysfunctions in one’s life and the solutions to address it in order to regain confidence, self-esteem, life energy, self-knowledge and achievement of the aimed objectives and performance level.

The people around us, through the ”mirror” effect, show us what we do well and what should be developed and improved, what we need to change and what else we should learn.
People give you credit during a holistic personal development program, an organizational change project or business only if you speak the same ”language” and help them see the big picture, identify what goes wrong in what they do, find solutions and quantify the results that can be achieved in short, medium and long run. In other words,”think macro and take action micro in a concerted and coherent manner”.

I have approached challenging professional and life situations and I have developed personal atypical skills to create new approaches, to make people aware that they are the designers of their own life and that they are involved in the design of the organization in which they work, and that, according to an old saying, ”man sanctifies the place”.
