What is it?
The practice of holistic personal development is a dialogue between a consultant and a person, irrespective of the latter’s roles in professional and/or personal life in order to achieve certain results. This approach is meant to help people access what they know, to discover unproductive behaviors and attitudes, as well as limitative beliefs that do not allow them to be performers and make them see things from a different perspective.
The ”Holistic Personal Development Program" design and the assistance of the person through it is a one-to-one facilitative relationship between a professional consultant and a person who wants to improve one’s leadership skills required by the management position and/or personal life.
As in any spiritual discipline,”The Exercise makes the Master" so an outstanding performance as manager/leader is achieved through exercise and exploration. I make available to the client a variety of methods, techniques and tools, including the systemic constellations method with applications to family as well as organization/ business system, interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, active listening, reflection, asking questions, the approach of the person as a whole (Mind-Emotion-Body) etc.
As a result, those accompanied by me begin to see differently their place and role in the family system and the organization they work for, as well as the effect of their actions, attitudes and behaviors in these systems and are able to change their perspective on things and act differently and effectively.
The holistic personal development process requires a lot of willpower and commitment, focus and perseverance from the person involved and the assumption of the results responsibility.
What is the purpose?
Through a customized holistic approach, this program aims to help you improve or develop the ROLES you embody daily, in the relationships with the others at professional and personal level (manager, entrepreneur, specialist, colleague, couple partner, parent, friend and so on). In other words, the main goal of the Holistic Personal Development Program is to help leaders, managers and professionals understand the need for change and actually do it, to achieve planned performance, to be more efficient for the company or business and become successful managers/ leaders.
The people interested in getting through this development program mainly for personal life benefit by a holistic approach of one’s life, restored energy of life, increased self-esteem and self-confidence by reaching an authentic balance between personal and professional life.

I want to propose you two types of programs:
The average duration of both programs is a year (24 sessions), two meetings per month of 120 minutes each.
For a deep and lasting change I recommend you a one year Holistic Personal Development Program. Certainly, we can start either of the two above mentioned programs with a package of 6 sessions (3 months – 2 sessions per month, 120 minutes each). The 6 sessions will be dedicated to solving the most pressing problems and/or difficulties and then, together, we decide on the continuation of the program.
We do not look for guilty people for what is not going well in Your life or profession, but we are looking for SOLUTIONS!
