The system constellations have become, in recent years, very well known in Romania. While they are quite common at the family systems level, their use at business or organization level is relatively recent.
The method of System Constellations allows you to examine the current situation of the organization or business from different perspectives and shows you all the possible solutions or the most effective ones for all the ”actors” of the business or organization: investors, managers, employees, customers, suppliers etc.
Just like organizations, employees may also explore the dynamics of their job through a system constellation.
A business or work focused systemic constellation can take place both in group and private sessions. Whatever you choose, the result is profound and lasting and can provide a new perspective on the business or personal life.
