I am Aura Şutaru and I work with persons who want to improve substantially all the roles they accomplish in everyday life as a manager, leader, entrepreneur, team member, specialist or simple employee and/or couple partner, parent, friend, colleague and so on, as well as with people who aim to discover their full potential and want to define or redefine the steps in their professional career. All these persons are concerned about personal development and most of them have a ”business card" with relevant achievements, have principles and personal values, people who want to change and be an example for the people around them and have harmonious relationships.
Currently, they are facing a blockage they want to overcome quickly or are disturbed by a major problem.
There are aware they cannot solve by themselves the difficulty and need someone to give them specialized support in finding the most appropriate solution for them.
The problem giving them the biggest headache has a well hidden cause most of the times. I invite them to go through a ”Professional Journey" as well as an ”Emotional" to help them see what caused it and how to solve it using a holistic approach Mind-Emotion-Body.
