Systemic Constellations Workshop-”Systemic approach of the Business and the Job'' July 28, 2012

The system constellations have become, in recent years, very well known in Romania. While they are quite common at the family systems level, their use at business or organization level is relatively recent.

The method of System Constellations allows you to examine the current situation of the organization or business from different perspectives and shows you all the possible solutions or the most effective ones for all the ”actors” of the business or organization: investors, managers, employees, customers, suppliers etc.

 

By using this method you can:
- Identify what blocks the balance and the business efficiency;
- Identify the best solution to overcome the business / organization impasse;
- Solve a problem without others being present;
- Identify opportunities for business development;
- Be more deeply aware of the role you play in your business or organization as an investor, business partner, manager etc.
 
Just like organizations, employees may also explore the dynamics of their job through a system constellation.
 
As employees you can find out through this method if:

- You have a well-defined ”position” in the organization;

- You have or not strong career opportunities in that company.
